It plans to add six or seven additional workers in Newark this year, helping to push innovative approaches to serving those late in life.<\/h3><h3 style=\"font-style: normal; margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 26px; margin-left: auto; font-family: Lora; overflow-wrap: break-word; font-size: 18px; caret-color: #222222; color: #222222;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cInnovation and senior living don\u2019t always go together, but we\u2019re figuring that out.
